PROJECT MANAGER
The project manager is responsible for the organisational and formal proceedings during the course of the project.
This requires the implementation and operation of a corresponding project structure as well as the collection of such from all involved employees.
Amongst other things, this will involve setting up a steering committee, defining escalation processes, procuring necessary resources, the whole operational implementation and its general documentation.
