PROJECT TEAM
A project team equipped with clearly defined roles and responsibilities will collectively steer the project with the project manager. Specialists from the customer´s respective departments bring in their specialist know-how as well as all user requirements.
The same applies on the side of the customer, where respective roles also need to be established. The project manager is subject to the coordination of the responsible individuals.
